Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Momnagi LLC collects, uses and shares "consumer health data" in the MOMNAGI app, as defined by Washington's My Health My Data Act, Nevada law and similar laws. It adds to our Privacy Policy.

Consumer health data we collect

Reproductive and pregnancy information: trying to conceive, cycle and period dates, pregnancy status and week, due date, pregnancy outcome if you share it, birth details.
Body and health logs you enter: symptoms, weight, kicks, contractions, mood and check-ins, visits.
Information about your child's health and growth that you enter: feeding, sleep, diapers, growth, milestones.
Questions you ask Nagi that relate to health, and photos you add to your diary (for example bump or ultrasound photos).
Inferences the app makes from what you enter, such as your current pregnancy week or stage.
If you allow it: which app features you use (for example that you opened the kick counter). This never includes what you wrote or logged.

Where it comes from

Only from you, when you enter it in the app. We do not buy health data or collect it from other sources, and we do not collect precise location.

Why we collect and use it

To provide the features you ask for: showing your week and stage, keeping your logs and history, answering your questions, reminders you set, partner sharing you turn on, and keeping the Service working and secure. With your separate consent only, we also use feature usage to understand which parts of the app help and improve them. We do not use consumer health data for advertising.

Who we share it with

Processors acting for us: Supabase (hosting and storage), Anthropic (to answer Nagi questions and check community posts you send), Expo (delivering notifications you allowed), Resend (emails, which may mention your pregnancy week if you subscribe). They may use it only to provide their service to us.
Your partner, only the areas you choose to share, and only after you invite them.
When the law requires, under a valid legal process. We will not provide pregnancy or reproductive health data to anyone without a valid legal requirement, and will notify you where allowed.

We do not sell consumer health data. We will never sell it without your signed, separate authorization, which the law requires.

Consent

We collect consumer health data only as needed to provide the features you request, or with your consent. Feature-usage information is collected only after you agree to it in the app, separately from these terms, and you can withdraw that consent at any time in Settings → Privacy & Data. Before we share consumer health data with anyone for any other purpose, we will ask for your separate consent.

Your rights

Confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data, and get a list of everyone we shared it with.
Get a copy of it (Settings → Privacy & Data → Download).
Delete it, including from our processors (Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete my account, or delete individual items).
Withdraw consent.
Appeal a decision: reply to our answer, and if we still refuse, you can contact your state Attorney General (Washington: atg.wa.gov).

Email info@momnagi.com (subject "Privacy request"). We will answer within 45 days. We will never charge you or treat you differently for using these rights.
