MOMNAGI App Privacy Policy

MOMNAGI ("we", "the app") is a pregnancy-to-parenting companion. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

What we collect

Account: email address and sign-in identifier (email, Sign in with Apple, or Google).
Profile and tracking data you enter: due date or last period date, pregnancy week or child details, check-ins, logs (for example feeding, sleep, weight, contractions, symptoms, visits), journal entries and preferences.
Photos you add to your photo diary. They are stored in private storage that only your account can open. Location and other photo metadata are removed on your phone before upload.
Community content: posts and comments you submit, which are checked before they appear and are visible to other users (anonymous option available), and reports you make.
AI chat messages you send to Nagi, the in-app assistant, and its answers, saved so you can continue a conversation.
Rewards and invitations: points you earn for activity in the app, your level, rewards you claim, and if you join through or share an invitation link, which account invited which.
Partner sharing: if you invite a partner, the areas you choose to share become visible to them. You can stop sharing at any time.
Purchase status (via RevenueCat and Apple); we never see your payment details.
Push notification token, only if you enable notifications.

What stays on your phone

Face ID or passcode lock is handled by your device; we never receive biometric data.
Visits you add to your calendar are written to your device calendar.
Your pregnancy film and share cards are made on your phone. They leave it only if you choose to save or share them.

How we use it

To run the app, personalize guidance to your stage, keep the community safe, give rewards, process subscriptions and send notifications you opted into. We do not sell your data and do not use it for third-party advertising or tracking.

How the community is kept safe

Every post and comment is checked automatically by an AI system before it is published, for harassment, hate, sexual content, spam and dangerous medical claims. Some posts are held for review by our team. Reported content may be hidden and reviewed. Accounts that break the rules may be suspended.

Third-party processors

Supabase – database, file storage and authentication hosting.
Anthropic (Claude) – when you use AI chat, the food-safety check or post in the community, the relevant text is sent to Anthropic to generate an answer or check the content. You are asked for consent before first use of AI chat. Anthropic does not use this data to train its models.
RevenueCat / Apple – subscription management.
Resend – sending account and reward emails, such as a discount code you claimed.
Expo – push notification delivery.

Your choices and rights

Delete your account and all associated data any time in Settings → Privacy & Data.
Download a copy of your data in Settings → Privacy & Data, or contact us.
Delete individual photos, logs and conversations in the app.
Report or block other users in the community.

Retention and security

Data is kept while your account is active and deleted when you delete your account. Records of rewards and discount codes given out may be kept for up to 12 months to prevent misuse. Data is encrypted in transit and access is restricted by row-level security.
