Returns and refunds
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.
What can be returned
Items that are unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the item price.
What cannot be returned, and why
For health and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned once the seal is broken or the item has been worn or used:
- Silicone scar sheets and scar tape
- Breast milk collectors
- Maternity belly bands that have been worn
- Any item that has been in contact with skin, a wound, or breast milk
This is standard for personal care and postpartum products, and it protects the next customer as much as it protects us. Please check sizing and suitability before opening.
If something is faulty, damaged or wrong
This is different, and it is on us. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it in full, including any shipping you paid. You do not need to return an opened hygiene item for us to put it right - a photo is usually enough.
How to start a return
Get in touch through our contact page with your order number and a short description of the issue. Please wait for us to confirm before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior confirmation may not be processed.
Return shipping
If you are returning an unopened item because you changed your mind, you pay the return shipping. If the item was faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover it.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund was approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it to your account.
Cancelling an order
If your order has not yet shipped, contact us and we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once an order is with the carrier we cannot recall it, but you can still return it under the terms above.
A note on suitability
We cannot advise on whether a product is medically appropriate for you. If you are unsure whether something suits your recovery, please ask your doctor or midwife before opening it.
