Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We are working on more destinations.

How long it takes

Orders are picked and packed from a fulfilment centre in the US. Orders placed before 12pm ET on a business day usually leave the same or next business day.

Standard shipping - 3 to 5 business days after dispatch

These are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees. Weekends and public holidays are not business days, and severe weather occasionally adds a day.

What it costs

Standard shipping is $4.95, and free on orders of $35 or more. The exact cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

You will get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking once your parcel is on its way. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to start updating after you receive it - this is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

Discreet packaging

Orders arrive in plain outer packaging. The contents are not identifiable from the outside.

If something goes wrong

Parcel marked delivered but not there? Check with neighbours and around the property first, then give it 24 hours - carriers sometimes scan early. If it has not appeared, contact us and we will sort it out.

Damaged in transit? Contact us within 30 days with a photo and we will replace it. See our refund policy.

Wrong address? We cannot redirect a parcel once it is with the carrier. If it comes back to us we will refund the item price, though not the original shipping.
