Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of momnagi.com and to any order you place with us. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read the section on health and suitability - it matters more than the rest.

Who we are

This store is operated by momnagi LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, registered at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "Momnagi" refer to that entity.

Health, suitability and medical advice

We are not a healthcare provider and nothing we publish is medical advice. Our product pages, articles and support replies describe what our products are made of, how they are sized, and how to use them. They do not tell you whether a product is right for your body or your recovery.

Our scar care products are intended for use on skin that is fully closed and healed. Our maternity support products are comfort garments, not medical devices or treatments. If you have a diagnosed condition, a complication, or any doubt at all, speak to your doctor or midwife before using anything you buy from us, and follow their guidance over ours.

Stop using any product immediately if your skin reacts, and seek medical advice.

Products, descriptions and pricing

We try to describe and photograph our products accurately, but colours can vary between screens and packaging is occasionally updated. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. If we discover a pricing error on an order you have placed, we will contact you before charging you and you may cancel.

We may limit quantities, refuse an order, or discontinue a product at any time.

Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it and take payment. We may decline an order - for example if we cannot verify billing details, suspect fraud, or cannot fulfil it.

You are responsible for giving accurate delivery details. We cannot redirect a parcel after dispatch.

Shipping, duties and taxes

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. Depending on your location, you may be responsible for import duties or taxes, which are not included in the price you pay us.

Returns

Our refund policy forms part of these terms. Note in particular that opened personal-care and postpartum items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think it has been compromised.

Content and intellectual property

The Momnagi name, logo, product photography, copy and site design belong to us and may not be copied or reused without written permission. You may share links to our pages freely.

Reviews and submissions

If you send us photos, reviews or comments, you grant us permission to use them in connection with our products. You confirm the content is yours to give and does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may edit or decline to publish anything.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or your use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of that jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
